How can I freeze or cancel my membership?

Freeze Policy

  • Requires 30-day notice
  • Accounts may be frozen for any reason for up to three (3) months per calendar year. 
  • The freeze fee is $15/mo
  • Freezes cannot be executed in less than one-month increments
  • Past due accounts cannot be frozen. The past-due account must first be brought current before it can be frozen. 
  • Annual members may be frozen through manual adjustment of the expiration date

Cancellation Policy

  • Requires 30-day notice
  • Cancellation requests must be made studio. The Membership Cancellation Form should be completed by the member and GM of the club. GM will then:
  1. Note the member's reason for canceling in the notes portion of the Cancellation Form
  2. Sign and date the Cancellation Form
  3. Provide the member with a copy
  • Annual Memberships cannot be canceled. They may be frozen through manual adjustment of the expiration date. 
  • If the member is still within the term of their agreement, they can cancel without penalty for the following reasons:
    • Permanent relocation of more than 25 miles. Legitimate documentation is required
    • A permanent medical condition that does not allow them to use the facility. Legitimate documentation is required.
  • If the member is within their initial 3-month agreement, they must pay a $100 early termination fee, plus one final billing (due to 30-day notice)
