For all Club Pilates bookings, a 12-hour cancellation notice is required. This helps us make space for other members who may be on the waitlist or eager to join the class.
Failure to cancel within the specified 12-hour notice period will lead to the following consequences:
- Class-Credit Members: Loss of one class credit.
- Unlimited Members: A charge of $10 for a Late Cancel (cancellation within 12 hours of the class) or $15 for a No Show (failure to attend without prior cancellation).
